A selection of grapes from Bucrana’s special sandy, pebbly plots, this wine expresses the soul of Toro’s old vines and is a monument to Toro’s wine-growing history.

The wine resonates with a mineral crispness and reveals complex aromatics. Black fruit, hints of spice and toasty notes come through with a crisp brightness expressing the sandy, limestone terroir in which it was grown. On the palate, the wine has superb volume and power with high definition and structure. Both silky in texture and pleasant to taste with a delicious finish that makes it ideal for food pairings.
